Công đoàn Y tế Việt Nam vừa phát động phong trào thi đua yêu nước trong cán bộ, đoàn viên, người lao động ngành y tế năm 2026.

Accordingly, the theme of the emulation movement is: Union members and workers emulation Innovation - Promoting digital transformation - Improving productivity and efficiency; bringing the resolutions of the Party, the Fatherland Front and the Vietnam Trade Union into life.

Phong trào thi đua tập trung vào những nội dung: Thi đua tuyên truyền, quán triệt sâu rộng tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh về phong trào thi đua yêu nước; thi đua học tập, quán triệt, cụ thể hóa và tổ chức thực hiện hiệu quả các chủ trương, chính sách của Đảng, pháp luật của Nhà nước, Nghị quyết Đại hội đại biểu toàn quốc lần thứ XIV của Đảng; Đại hội đại biểu toàn quốc Mặt trận Tổ quốc Việt Nam nhiệm kỳ 2026 – 2031 và Đại hội Công đoàn Việt Nam lần thứ XIV; phát huy mạnh mẽ vai trò, trách nhiệm, trí tuệ và bản lĩnh của đoàn viên, người lao động ngành Y tế, góp phần hiện thực hóa khát vọng phát triển đất nước phồn vinh, hạnh phúc.

Bên cạnh đó, thi đua hưởng ứng và triển khai hiệu quả các phong trào thi đua lớn do Đảng, Nhà nước và Tổng Liên đoàn Lao động Việt Nam phát động, trọng tâm là phong trào “Cả nước thi đua đổi mới sáng tạo, chuyển đổi số”, “Bình dân học vụ số”, “Đẩy mạnh phát triển kết cấu hạ tầng đồng bộ, hiện đại, thực hành tiết kiệm, chống lãng phí”, gắn với các phong trào truyền thống của tổ chức Công đoàn: “Lao động giỏi, Lao động sáng tạo”; “Giỏi việc nước, đảm việc nhà”; “Xanh – Sạch – Đẹp, bảo đảm an toàn vệ sinh lao động”; “Đổi mới, sáng tạo, hiệu quả trong hoạt động của tổ chức Công đoàn”.

Emulate in studying to improve professional qualifications, nghiệp vụ, and professional skills; promote initiatives, creativity, technical improvements, and innovation in working processes; promote the application of science, technology, and digital transformation in professional and management activities; build a team of officials and employees of the health sector with qualifications, bravery, discipline, and responsibility, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

Emulate to develop union members, establish grassroots trade unions; build a team of trade union officials at all levels who are dedicated, responsible, brave, innovate thinking and working methods; be close to the grassroots level, listen to union members; be proactive and creative in advising, organizing and effectively implementing emulation movements at units; build a digital ecosystem to serve union members, digital transformation in trade union activities; deeply understand the spirit: "Workers are the subject; Practical effectiveness is the center; Transformation at the grassroots level is a measure; The spread and replication of models is an evaluation criterion" so that each trade union official is truly a reliable support for union members and workers.

Thi đua đổi mới mạnh mẽ hoạt động công đoàn; nâng cao chất lượng công tác đại diện, chăm lo, bảo vệ quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp, chính đáng của đoàn viên, người lao động; tích cực tham gia đối thoại, thương lượng tập thể; huy động các nguồn lực chăm lo đời sống vật chất, tinh thần cho đoàn viên, người lao động, nhất là trong dịp Tết Nguyên đán Bính Ngọ 2026, với phương châm “Tất cả đoàn viên và người lao động đều có Tết” ” với tinh thần “Nghĩa tình, vui tươi, phấn khởi, an toàn, tiết kiệm”.

Phong trào thi đua được tổ chức thành 2 đợt: Đợt 1 (Từ 1.1.2026 đến 30.6.2026); đợt 2 (từ 1.7.2026 đến 31.12.2026).
