디지털 국회 모델을 효과적으로 구현하려는 결의
전직 당 및 국가 지도자 방문 및 설날 축하 행사에서 국회 의장은 앞으로 국회가 디지털 국회 모델을 효과적으로 시행하기로 결심했다고 말했습니다.
Ngày 27.1, Ủy viên Bộ Chính trị, Chủ tịch Quốc hội Trần Thanh Mẫn đã thăm, tri ân nguyên Lãnh đạo Đảng và Nhà nước nhân kỷ niệm 96 năm thành lập Đảng, Đại hội XIV của Đảng vừa thành công rất tốt đẹp, kỷ niệm 80 năm Ngày tổng tuyển cử đầu tiên bầu Quốc hội Việt Nam và chuẩn bị đón Tết Nguyên đán Bính Ngọ.
Chủ tịch Quốc hội Trần Thanh Mẫn đã đến thăm và chúc Tết nguyên Tổng Bí thư Nông Đức Mạnh; nguyên Chủ tịch Quốc hội Nguyễn Thị Kim Ngân.
Sharing at the meeting with former Party and State leaders, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man affirmed that, before the great requirements and very glorious tasks in the new development stage, the National Assembly deeply understands its responsibility to the Party, to the People and to history.
With the tradition of solidarity, innovation, and responsibility; with the direct and comprehensive leadership of the Party; with the consensus and support of the People, the National Assembly is highly determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress, contributing to the entire Party, people, and army to realize the aspiration to develop a strong, prosperous, and happy Vietnam in the new era" - National Assembly Chairman affirmed.
National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man also stated clearly that, to realize the two goals of 100 years of national development, the National Assembly plays a particularly important role, institutionalizing the will and determination of the Party into a legal framework, development policies, ensuring the Party's will blends with the people's hearts, and unified and synchronous actions of the entire political system and the whole society.
Deeply aware of its role and responsibility, the National Assembly clearly identified that the quality and progress of institutionalizing the Resolution of the 14th National Congress is the most important measure to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the National Assembly's activities in the next term.
All programs to build laws, ordinances, resolutions; all decisions on socio-economic development, state budget, public investment, national defense, security, foreign affairs... must directly serve the implementation of the goals and tasks set out by the 14th National Congress.
The National Assembly Chairwoman affirmed that in the coming time, the National Assembly will continue to innovate its organization, operation, professionalization and modernization to better meet the requirements of practice in the new era of the country.
Continue to make efforts, strive, innovate working styles, strongly innovate legislative thinking, in the direction of creating and leading development; promote strategic breakthroughs, create a new development ecosystem; focus on perfecting and synchronizing institutions for rapid and sustainable development of the country; determined to effectively implement the digital National Assembly model.
On the same day, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man visited and offered incense to commemorate Chairman of the National Assembly Standing Committee Bui Bang Doan (in Bat Chua village, Ung Thien commune, Hanoi), late General Secretary Truong Chinh; visited and wished Tet to his family, offered incense to commemorate late National Assembly Chairman Le Quang Dao, late Senior Lieutenant General Le Minh Huong - Minister of Public Security, Hero of the People's Armed Forces.
