총서기: 베트남-쿠바 정치 관계에 상응하는 경제적 돌파구 필요

Chiều 2.2, tại Trụ sở Trung ương Đảng, Tổng Bí thư Tô Lâm đã có buổi tiếp thân mật Đặc phái viên Đảng Cộng sản Cuba, Nhà nước Cộng hòa Cuba, Ủy viên Bộ Chính trị, Bộ trưởng Ngoại giao Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla trong khuôn khổ chuyến thăm Việt Nam từ ngày 1-3.2.

Tổng Bí thư bày tỏ niềm vui mừng và xúc động đón tiếp Đặc phái viên Đảng, Nhà nước Cuba sang thăm Việt Nam ngay sau khi Đại hội đại biểu toàn quốc lần thứ XIVcủa Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam thành công tốt đẹp, mang theo thông điệp chúc mừng nồng nhiệt nhất từ Đảng, Nhà nước và nhân dân Cuba anh em.

Thay mặt lãnh đạo Đảng, Nhà nước Cuba, Đặc phái viên Bruno Rodríguez một lần nữa chuyển thông điệp của các lãnh đạo cấp cao Cuba nhiệt liệt chúc mừng Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam đã tổ chức thành công Đại hội lần thứ XIV cũng như chúc mừng kỷ niệm 96 năm Ngày thành lập Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam.

Comrade emphasized that the Communist Party of Cuba highly appreciates the great and historically significant achievements that Vietnam has achieved over 40 years of Doi Moi (Renovation) and firmly believes that the Resolution of the XIV Congress will be a "guideline" to bring Vietnam into a new era - an era of national rise.

At the reception, the two sides exchanged and reached high consensus on major directions and measures to bring the traditional friendly relations and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Cuba to become deeper, more practical and effective in the coming period, in accordance with the new context of each country and internationally.

Hai bên nhất trí tiếp tục tăng cường trao đổi đoàn cấp cao; duy trì thường xuyên, linh hoạt các cơ chế hợp tác, trao đổi lý luận, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm thực tiễn về công tác xây dựng Đảng, đào tạo cán bộ và quản lý nhà nước. Coi đây là nền tảng chính trị quan trọng để củng cố sự tin cậy chiến lược giữa hai Đảng.

Regarding economic cooperation, the General Secretary emphasized that there must be breakthroughs to be commensurate with good political relations, affirming that Vietnam will continue to share experiences and effectively implement cooperation projects on rice, contributing to helping Cuba gradually become food self-sufficient, and at the same time, encouraging and creating conditions for businesses to invest in Cuba.

Comrade Bruno Rodríguez affirmed that the Party and State of Cuba always prioritize strengthening cooperation with Vietnam in potential fields such as solar energy, consumer goods production, tourism and pharmaceuticals; continue to closely coordinate in international multilateral forums; educate the young generation of the two countries about the tradition of Vietnam - Cuba relations to further develop this special friendship and cooperation relationship.

Kết thúc buổi tiếp, Tổng Bí thư thông qua Đặc phái viên Đảng, Nhà nước Cuba đã chuyển lời thăm hỏi thân thiết, lời chúc sức khỏe tới lãnh tụ Cách mạng, Đại tướng Raúl Castro; Bí thư thứ nhất, Chủ tịch nước Miguel Díaz Canel và các lãnh đạo cấp cao Cuba.
