Thời điểm này, Tổ công tác gồm Thiếu tá Hà Huy Hoàng, Đại úy Phạm Phú Cường và Đại úy Cao Văn Đức đang tuần tra, kiểm soát trên Quốc lộ 20, đoạn qua phường 3 Bảo Lộc.
